Party Time

This cake goes beyond beyond. It’s big.

Three 12” layers – a Chocolate at the bottom then a Cardamom Coffee between and at the top a Classic Yellow. That’s combining the best of the best.

Between the layers we have a chocolate ganache and a cherry jam.

Frostings are an ombré of chocolate and coffee butter creams and then topped with a dusting of cocoa.

Voilá!

This baby can serve 40+ happy revelers and is priced at $350.
